How to integrate with Zenefits

 
 

Wahoo! Zugata is officially a Zenefits partner

As an official Zenefits partner, we can seamlessly synchronize with your Zenefits instance for user management in Zugata. Say goodbye to manually adding and maintaining employee information in Zugata.

 
 

To enable this integration, you will first need to have a Zugata account. If you don’t have an account, simply sign up at app.zugata.com with your work email address. Once you are done with that, you are ready to sync Zugata with Zenefits.

How sync with Zenefits

  1. Log into your Zenefits account
  2. Within Zenefit's listed apps find Zugata
  3. Click to add Zugata
  4. We’ll then prompt you to log into Zugata
  5. From there, click to “Sync with Zenefits
  6. Next, authorize Zugata to access your Zenefits account. Magic will happen on both our sides. We’ll automatically create a new account for all your employees with their info from Zenefits, and we’ll send an invitation for them to quickly get started. ✨
  7. And voilà! You’re done 👍

What if I have less than 100 employees

Currently we do not support companies with less than 100 employees.

What happens after I sync with Zenefits?

After you sync Zenefits to Zugata, all employees listed in Zenefits will have an account with Zugata. We will send them an invitation email to sign in and join the party. 🎉

How do I modify my employees information?

After you sync with Zenefits, you will only be able to modify your employees information (name, job title, manager and more) through your Zenefits account. These user accounts are locked on the Zugata side to prevent employee information from getting out of sync across the two systems.

How do I add a new employee to Zugata?

To add a new employee to Zugata, you will have to go into your Zenefits account and add a new employee. You will then be asked if you want to make this employee a Zugata admin and whether you want to include this person in Employee Evaluations.
